Most items are made on demand. Because of the 3D printing process, one month delay is expected before shipping.
DVGT provides images of each item on the site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless a manufacturing defect is present.
All items are quality checked and very rarely there may be a defect we didn't notice. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is NOT considered a manufacturing defect. Jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care.
If you find your pieces with a manufacturing defect we will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
- The product must have been purchased within 7 days of notification.
- You must notify DVGT by email at bonjour[at]dvgt.fr with :
- A photograph of the item with a description of the defect.
- A proof of purchase using the original email invoice from DVGT.
We will respond within two business days with a RA (Return Authorization) number and confirmation of the address to post your item. Items must be sent via courier with a tracking number. DVGT cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned must be securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting. For international returns you must mark "RETURNED GOODS" on the commercial invoice through your designated courier company. This is to ensure that the items do not incur additional customs duties and taxes. The item will be assessed upon return for defect. DVGT will then repair, replace, refund or in circumstances offer an exchange if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Replacements are only possible if the item is available. If an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the original amount then DVGT will refund the difference or request payment prior to sending the new item. Refunds will be made through original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by DVGT ; however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made from a DVGT stockist. Please visit the stockist where the item was purchased from and follow their Return Policy.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION
DVGT reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that DVGT shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that DVGT reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by DVGT.
DVGT PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contains copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of DVGT. Unless specifically stated otherwise, DVGT owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site and on all jewelry designs as well as the rights in several trademarks. You agree not to infringe upon DVGT’s intellectual property rights in any manner.
